Fresh Water in the morning ....

After you wake up in the morning , first thing to do is head on to the faucet and have a glassful of fresh water and drink it right away.

It is said that it is good for the health that you have to drink a glass or two of fresh water every morning even if you haven't drinked or eaten anything and even on an empty stomach to feel refreshed and invigorated the whole day.

It is a good and healthy habit , try it .
