Naaliw naman ako sa viral videong ito kung saan isang badinglet ( bading na bulilit he he , si Macky Beki ) ang naggwi-Gwiyomi subalit nang dumating ang kaniyang paderaka at hinanap si Mikay ( kapatid ni Macky Beki ) ay biglang nagtanggal ng kaniyang props na girlie wig at sinabing " nasa labas sila Mikay " sa takot na makita ni pudra ang ginagawa nitong kakyondihan he he .

Wowowillie's " Luwa Boobs "

Heto na naman si Wawawillie Boy at isa na namang eskandalo ang kinasasangkutan dahil sa kaniyang mga dancers na " luwa daw ang mga boobs " habang nagsu-show sa katanghaliang tapat partikular ay ang " luwa boobs " ng dancer na si  Charm .

Kung bakit naman kasi tinu-tolerate ito ni Willie eh alam  naman niyang hindi papasa sa panlasa ng MTRCB.

Pasaway kasing mga staff iyan ba't hindi pa tsugihin dahil lagi nilang pinapahamak si Willie.

Pero sinasang-ayunan naman ng manyak na Willie he he he.

Feathers sa ibaba

Si Totoy at si Nene ay magkaklase sa grade 5 at naging mag-bestfriend. 

Palagi silang kumakain nang magkasabay at ang paborito nilang ulam ay fried chicken. Araw-araw ay iyon ang baong lunch ng dalawang magkaibigan.

Laking gulat na lang ni Totoy nang isang araw ay nagbaon ng porkchop si Nene.

TOTOY: Nene, ok ka lang ba? May sakit ka ba?

NENE: Wala naman akong sakit

TOTOY: Bakit hindi manok ang baon mo?

NENE: Dapat itigil ko na ang pagkain ng manok. Nagkakaroon na ako ng feathers sa ibaba

TOTOY: Hah? Patingin nga.

Pinakita ni Nene ang tumutubong balahibo niya sa ibaba.

TOTOY: Ay oo nga. Itigil mo na nga yan

Simula noon ay tumigil na si Nene sa pagkain ng manok samantalang si Totoy ay nagpatuloy sa pagkain ng manok.

Isang araw, laking gulat ni Nene dahil hindi manok ang baon ni Totoy.

NENE: Totoy, bakit isda na ang baon mo?

TOTOY: Kailangan ko na din itigil ang pagkain ng manok. Nagkakaroon na rin ako ng feathers sa ibaba

NENE: Patingin nga

Pinakita ni Totoy kay Nene ang tumutubong balahibo.

NENE: Ay totoy, bakit ngayon ka lang tumigil?!? Huli na ang lahat. Tumubo na yung leeg ng manok at may mga itlog pang kasama.

Ang Pastor at ang pilay

May isang Pastor na pinipray-over ang mga umattend sa church isang Linggo ng umaga. May lumapit na isang pilay na nakasaklay. Nilapitan ito ng Pastor at ipinatong ang kaniyang kamay sa ulo ng pilay.

Sa nanginginig na boses sinabi ng Pastor " sa ngalan ng makapangyarihang Diyos tanggapin mo ang pagpapagaling Niya ". 

Sumagot ang pilay " tinatanggap ko po " habang umiiyak, lumuluha, tulo laway pati uhog. 

Sabi ng Pastor " magaling ka na anak. "

Iniwan na ng Pastor ang pilay at pumunta sa ibang pini-pray over.

Maya-maya, lumapit ang sakristan ng Pastor at sinabing, " Pastor yung pinag-pray over ninyong pilay, tinapon ang saklay at nagsimulang naglakad! "

Sabi ng Pastor " Praise the Lord! Isang malaking himala! Nasaan na siya at puntahan natin."

" Ayun po sumubsob sa sahig , sabog ang nguso...."

Briones-Llorente Family Reunion 2013

Naganap na sa wakas ang pinakaaabangang Briones - Llorente Family Reunion nitong April 15 , 2013 na ginanap sa Maries Village Clubhouse dito sa Mayamot  Antipolo City , Rizal.

Kasabay rin ito ng birthday celebration ng aming butihing tiyuhin na si Tiyo Pedro na nagdiwang ng kaniyang ika-73 kaarawan nuong araw na iyon kung saan ang kaniyang pamilya ang nagsilbing sponsor para sa taong ito ng pagtitipon. Taun-taon ay ginaganap itong reunion tuwing December ( na dapat ay December 2012 ), ngunit sa pakiusap ng mga anak niya na ilipat na lang ito ng April 15 , kung saan kasabay ang birthday ng kanilang ama at kung saan ay puwede rin silang makauwi mula sa ibang bansa ay amin itong pinaunlakan.

Naging espesyal ang family reunion na ito ng malaking Briones at Llorente clan dahil sa pagbabalik-bansa / bakasyon ng aming mga mahal na pinsan/pamangkin na sina Yolly Briones Dayaday , Grace Briones Windhausen at ni Ate Evie Briones Alano.

Naging masaya , makulay at punong puno ng energy ang reunion na ito dahil sa mga palaro , at papremyong ipinamudmod ng mga balikbayang kapinsanan he he.

Salamat sa lahat ng blessings and we are looking forward to the next reunion this coming December 2013 na ii-sponsor naman ng pamilya ni Tiyo Rudy Briones he he he. ( next year ay kami naman ang sponsor ,whew )

Paglabas ni girl. Hinanap agad ni boy kung saan nakalagay ang mga gamit na panty ni girl. Nakita niya itong nakalagay sa isang basket katabi ng kama. Inamoy niya ito agad at dinilaan niya lahat. Tigas na tigas ang titi ni boy. Kinuskos niya ang lahat ng panty sa titi niya.

Nang narinig niyang pabalik na si girl, ibinalik niya ang lahat sa basket at nagkunwaring walang nangyari.

R.I.P. Margaret Thatcher

Pumanaw na rin ang iginagalang na lider ng bansang United Kingdom at ng buong mundo na si Margaret Hilda Thatcher nitong April 8 , 2013 dahil sa cerebral stroke.

Tinaguriang " The Iron Lady " dahil sa kaniyang matigas at matapang na paninindigan habang kaniyang pinamumunuan  ang bansang Britanya bilang Prime Minister nito nuong dekada 80 hanggang 90 .

Kasabayan rin niya sa kaniyang pamumuno nuon bilang isang lider na babae ang ating  magiting at hinahangaang dating pangulo na si Corazon Cojuangco Aquino nuong dekada 80 hanggang 90 .

Ito ang dekada na kung saan ay halos magkakasabay na namumuno sa ilang panig ng mundo ang maraming mga lider na babae katulad nila Benazir Bhutto ng Pakistan , Indira Gandhi ng India , at Sirimavo Bandaranaike ng Sri Lanka.

Sa awa ng Diyos lahat sila ay pawang umuwi na sa sinapupunan ng ating Dakilang Ama .

Mananatili ang kaniyang ala-ala bilang isang magiting at pinagpipitaganang babaeng lider ng ating henerasyon.

10 Tips for Healthy Eating and Being Active

1. Start your day with breakfast.
Breakfast fills your "empty tank"to get you going after a long night without food. And it can help you do better in school. Easy to prepare breakfasts include cold cereal with fruit and low-fat milk, whole-wheat toast with peanut butter, yogurt with fruit, whole-grain waffles or even last night's pizza!

2. Get Moving!
It's easy to fit physical activities into your daily routine. Walk, bike or jog to see friends. Take a 10-minute activity break every hour while you read, do homework or watch TV. Climb stairs instead of taking an escalator or elevator. Try to do these things for a total of 30 minutes every day.

3. Snack smart. Snacks are a great way to refuel. Choose snacks from different food groups a glass of low-fat milk and a few graham crackers, an apple or celery sticks with peanut butter and raisins, or some dry cereal. If you eat smart at other meals, cookies, chips and candy are OK for occasional snacking.

4. Work up a sweat.
Vigorous work-outs - when you're breathing hard and sweating - help your heart pump better, give you more energy and help you look and feel best. Start with a warm-up that stretches your muscles. Include 20 minutes of aerobic activity, such as running, jogging, or dancing. Follow-up with activities that help make you stronger such as push-ups or lifting weights. Then cool-down with more stretching and deep breathing.

5. Balance your food choices - don't eat too much of any one thing.
You don't have to give up foods like hamburgers, french fries and ice cream to eat healthy. You just have to be smart about how often and how much of them you eat. Your body needs nutrients like protein, carbohydrates, fat and many different vitamins and minerals such as vitamins C and A, iron and calcium from a variety of foods. Balancing food choices from the Food Guide Pyramid and checking out the Nutrition Facts Panel on food labels will help you get all these nutrients.

6. Get fit with friends or family.
Being active is much more fun with friends or family. Encourage others to join you and plan one special physical activity event, like a bike ride or hiking, with a group each week.

7. Eat more grains, fruits and vegetables.
These foods give you carbohydrates for energy, plus vitamins, minerals and fiber. Besides, they taste good! Try breads such as whole-wheat, bagels and pita. Spaghetti and oatmeal are also in the grain group. Bananas, strawberries and melons are some great tasting fruits. Try vegetables raw, on a sandwich or salad.

8. Join in physical activities at school.
Whether you take a physical education class or do other physical activities at school, such as intramural sports, structures activities are a sure way to feel good, look good and stay physically fit.

9. Foods aren't good or bad.
A healthy eating style is like a puzzle with many parts. Each part -- or food -- is different. Some foods may have more fat, sugar or salt while others may have more vitamins or fiber. There is a place for all these foods. What makes a diet good or bad is how foods fit together. Balancing your choices is important. Fit in a higher-fat food, like pepperoni pizza, at dinner by choosing lower-fat foods at other meals. And don't forget about moderation. If two pieces of pizza fill you up, you don't need a third.

10. Make healthy eating and physical activities fun!
Take advantage of physical activities you and your friends enjoy doing together and eat the foods you like. Be adventurous - try new sports, games and other activities as well as new foods. You'll grow stronger, play longer, and look and feel better! Set realistic goals - don't try changing too much at once.

Eksena Sa Mugs Hotel ( ni Khantotantra )

Since mayruon tayong post courtesy of  Khantotantra's blogsite kahapon about some " Lessons In Life " , i-segue na agad natin ang pakiusap ni Khanto na i-share ang pangyayari at kaganapan  tungkol sa eksena sa kaniyang sister while billeted inside the  Mugs Hotel located in Bolinao , Pangasinan .

At dahil gusto rin nating mabigyang babala at mapaalalahanan ang mga nagbabakasyong turista  at kababayan sa dakong ito ng Pilipinas , ay atin ding irere-post/re-blog  ang nasabing kuwento dito sa ating site.

Heto ang istoryahe :

Good day! Ahoy! Kamusta na ang mga nagbakasyones last holy week? Okay naman ba kayo? Hopefully ay maayos naman ang takbo ng inyong bakasyones. Pero for my sister's trip kasama ang mga kanyang friendships, may unfortunate event ang naganaps..

Last mahal na araw, ang aking kapatid at ang kanyang mga dabarkads ay umuwi sa hometown namin sa Pangasinan. Syempre, tag-inits at hotness ang panahons kaya naman ay naggala-gala sila at nagpuntang Bolinao. Doon ay nag-check-in sila sa sa hotel named 'Mugs Hotel'. At doon may naganaps. 

Napasok sila ng magnanakaw! Yep, tama nababasa ninyo! Napasok sila ng magnanakaw! Kailangang ulitin? Oo, kaya isa pa.... Napasok sila ng magnanakaw!

Kahit na naka-double lock ang room nila ay di padin ito lusot. Aba, may kakayanan palang mabuksan ang door dahil kayang matanggal ang door knob kapag hinila at madaling masungkit yung chain ng isang lock.
Taklong tao ang nanakawan sa kanila. Yung ate ko at friendship nia ay nanakawan ng phone at cash. at yung third friendship naman ay ay watch, cash at phone. Roughly 20k ang value ng mga gadgets na nawala at ang kaperahan ay around 10k.

Syempre, alam naman na nganganga lang sila at walang gagawin, so nireport nila ito sa management ng hotel at police. Pero di pa natatapos ang pangit na kaganapan.... Aba, ang owner ng hotel na si 'CHLOE CAASI' ay nagdududa na imbento at gawa-gawa lang nila yung eksenang nanakawan sila. Inuulit ko, kailangan medyo redundant.... Yung 'CHLOE CAASI' ay duda pa sa mga customers niya na nanakawan sila! Maygas!

Di lang yans.... aba.... nag speech pa pala ang owner ng hotel ng ganito.... "4 kayong lalake wala man lang nagising sainyo!" "Pano namen malalaman kung totoo sinasabi nyo e ngayon lang nangyare samen to!" WOW! Antaray lang kung makahandle ng nanakawan tong may-ari.... May pagka-AlphaKapalMuks lang!

Nagrequest ang sister ko ng CCTV vid ng hallway pero waler maipakita ang hotel! Resto at Entrance lang ng hotel lang daw meron! DOBLE MAYGAS!!! Security level ng place ay mababa.... 

Para di na daw humaba ang areglohan, nagrequest sila Ate na maibalik na langs yung amount ng cash na nawala. Pero wait..... eeksena nanaman si 'CHLOE CAASI' na ibabalik lang yung bayad sa room accomodation. At... heto pa, pasigaw pa sinabi ng owner ang katagang....'kung ayaw nyo ng 5k, magkita nalang tayo sa korte! wala nakong magagawa dyan! aalis nako at may lakad pa ko!".  At heto pa, pati ang pulis na sinuplungan ay may dialog pa.... "pumayag na po kayo para matapos na dahil naaabala narin kame.".

Oh-Em-Geeee! Umaattitude pa ang owner! Super strong bones ng hotel owner! Pati pulis nag-iinarte na naaabala.... Like seriously??? 

Pero ang shocking revelation sa eksena ay kaya pala maangas si owner ay dahil napag-alaman nila ate ko na SISTER-In-LAW ng CONGRESSMAN si girlaloo owner! May kapit pala kaya F na F niya na may power sya!

Saklaps lang na ang masaya dapat na makasyones ng aking sister kasama ng kanyang dabarkads ay naging malungkot sa pangyayare.

Sa mga nalabuan sa pagwewento ko, heto yung message ng aking sister via FB (copy-paste mode)

Nakakalungkot na ako pa ang nagdala sa mga kaibigan ko sa pangasinan dahil ipinagmamalaki ko ang home town ko, pero ganto lang pala ang mangyayari.

Lessons In Life

Salamat sa katotong blogero na si Khantotantra sa pagpapaubaya na maangkin ( parang bastos ang meaning ha ha ? ) ang post na ito mula sa kaniyang blogsite . Uber uber naman kasi sa pagiging positive mood kaya naman type kong mai-share here sa site ko. Plus ang uber sa cuteness ng mga animals na involve sa bawat litrato .
